Guest speaker Dr. Jerri Nielsen's account of her experience at teh South Pole was gripping, inspirational, and funny. She captivated the crowd of 600 through her story of love and loss and of her voyage of discovery through an extraordinary struggle for survival. This year's Luncheon of Hope which took place at the Caruso Club, kicked off Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and raised over  $42,500 for breast cancer research and awareness programs in the North!
